What data I collect and why

This site has no contact form. The only personal data I process is: the email address of anyone who subscribes to the newsletter, and the content of emails you choose to send me at [email protected], which I use only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

If you subscribe, I process your email address for the sole purpose of sending you the IAètica newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given when you confirm the subscription from the email I send you (double opt-in): without that click, the address is not stored. This site does not use cookies or advertising tracking technologies, which is why you are not asked to accept anything on arrival. To know how many visits the site gets I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier and does not allow any individual's browsing to be reconstructed: it only gives me aggregate figures for page views, country and load speed.

Recipients and processors

I do not share your data with third parties. If you write to me, you do so directly to my mailbox. The web host may log technical data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

Retention

I keep messages for as long as needed to deal with and answer the query. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
